About

The Adaptive Faith Formation program at St. Joseph Parish has been in existence for over 30 years. Volunteer facilitators/catechists work with the adults to meet the individual faith formation needs of the student. Those interested in helping to develop the spiritual life of these students are encouraged to contact us.

Adaptive Adult Faith Formation Update (7-7-2025)

Our Adaptive Adult Faith Formation Group will meet on the second Monday of the month, beginning on September 8th at 6:00pm in HFC1. Additional dates are: October 13th, November 12th (which will include a sensory-friendly Mass at 6:30pm), December 15th, January 12th, February 9th, March 9th and April 13th. Contact Linda Zvoncheck (see below) if you would like information about joining our group.

School-aged (grades 1 through 8) members of our special needs community will have the option for small group or individual catechesis and sacramental preparation online.

Contact Linda Zvoncheck, Director of Faith Formation, at 440.238.5555 ext. 107 for additional information on these options for our special needs members.

If you are interested in learning more about becoming a catechist in our Adaptive Faith Formation Program, contact the Director of Faith Formation, Linda Zvoncheck at 440-238-5555, ext. 107 for more information.  Any time is a great time to commit to using your gifts to share the Gospel message with others.  The time commitment is ninety minutes per week beginning in September. Training is provided.

Thank you to our supporters!

Every year, the Strongsville Knights of Columbus, St. Francis of Assisi Council #10792, present our parish with a check to be used for our Adaptive Faith Formation Program. The monies come from generous gifts received during the annual “Measure Up” Campaign conducted by the K of C at our parish, as well as, St. John Neumann.
