About

As you may know, our commitment to provide assistance to our family from Ukraine through the Welcome Circle was to last two years.  So as of January 16, 2025, the family is independent.  They and we are extremely grateful for the generosity of St. Joseph parish and parishioners to make their transition to the U.S. a success.  They legally remain in the US through U4U.  Now we ask for your prayers for their safety as they are facing returning to Ukraine.  The family has written a letter of thanks.

A Note form Yevheniia

Dear American Family.

Today marks exactly two years since we began our new life in America, thanks to your invaluable support. During this time, you have become much more than just sponsors to us – you have become true family who is always there.

We are infinitely grateful for every moment of your attention, for your readiness to help in any situation, and for the time you spend with us. Your sincerity, warmth, and care have helped us not only settle in a new place but also feel truly at home.

You have shown us the best traits of the American people – openness, generosity, and willingness to extend a helping hand to those in need. Thanks to you, the process of adapting to a new country has become much easier and more pleasant.

We will never be able to fully repay you for everything you have done for us, but we promise to always remember your kindness and try to pass it on to others who might need help in the future.

With deep gratitude, love and respect,
The Polianchuk Family
